FantasticLand, by Mike Bockoven

FantasticLand is a giant amusement park in Florida. A huge storm hits it and knocks out all the power. Unfortunately, anyone who hasn’t left after the park’s storm warnings, is stranded because of the flooding. Which includes some of the workers.

Because of the perceived shortage of food and water (there isn’t), different groups of workers organize themselves into factions, and start fighting each other. It quickly devolves into a Hunger Games scenario, with lots of killing, heads on spikes, limb amputations, duels to the death–that kind of thing.

The story is told from the perspective of interviews after the fact, so it’s a bit disjointed, but it gives you a perspective from each of the “players.” I really enjoyed it.
